Get prepping for a wild adventure…

Embarking on the motherhood journey is the biggest thing you’ll ever do. Feeling overwhelmed with lists of ‘essentials’ to buy? Just remember you got this. Enjoy the ride and maybe chuck in one of these ‘non-essentials’ to remind you to look around.

1.     You’re preggers. Your head’s full of stuff to think about. Dump it all on the page with Busy B’s pregnancy journal. Jot down your weekly musings and keep track of your baby's development. It’s a diary, planner and notebook – but most of all, a keepsake forever.

2.     We love the hilarious Big Fat Activity Book for Pregnant People. Great for those tedious last trimester moments. Part diary, part colouring book and part brutally honest but funny advice. Every page lets you know you’re not alone on your journey. Great when you need to chill out and have a giggle.

3.     Baby clothes are the best bit. Most mums would agree you can never have enough cute little sleepsuits. We love Toby Tiger’s bright happy designs. Check out this joyful jungle for your joyful bundle.

4.    Self-care is vital when you’re preggers. Treat yourself and ward off those sleepless restless nights. This Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Sleep Time Pillow Mist has chamomile and lavender to help soothe you to sleep. It’s also safe to use on your baby’s bedding.

5.    Here come the biggies…Decorating the nursery, choosing the pram. This is where you can really express yourself. Parenthood doesn’t mean you have to cramp your style with white or grey. Having a baby is a celebration. Colour and pattern bursting with stories are in order and… better for your baby too. Plus, everyone has a fave Cosatto pattern (or ten), from symbols and characters that babies love, to wild stories for your toddler, choose your fave and find a whole collection right up your street.

“In playing around with the dressing up box, we discover aspects of ourselves we didn’t know exist. It’s the same for you choosing your favourite Cosatto design. It’s about giving families tools to show their authentic inner selves.”

Vicky Morley, Cosatto Creative and Marketing Director.
